Matthew Gorelik

Founder, Chairman & CEO

Matthew founded Township Capital after 20 years inside Wall Street's biggest institutions. He watched the same problem repeat itself: great developers, great deals, no one to provide the 10% GP equity. He built a firm to solve it.

Mike Schatzman

President

Oversees all functions and strategic initiatives at Township Capital. Previously a business executive, fund manager, and serially exited entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience.

Jon Sparacio, CPA

CFO

Oversees all finance functions at Township Capital. Previously held roles at Blackstone, KKR, and EisnerAmper, bringing deep institutional experience.

Nicole DeFazio

Chief of Staff

Supports the Chairman, CEO, and leadership team with high-level strategic and operational activities, managing complex schedules, communications, and cross-departmental initiatives. Acts as a central liaison, ensuring organizational alignment and operational efficiency.
